That’s right – the Town of Erie is seeking input for a brand new neighborhood park to be built right in Colliers Hill. Erie’s Parks and Recreation Department will hold an open house at The Overlook (650 Orion Avenue) on Monday, April 25, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. The purpose of the open house is to share proposed plans, solicit feedback and to answer questions about the park, which will be located just west of Colliers Blvd. and north of Dusk Place. The location offers incredible views of the Front Range and will be a perfect spot for all kinds of outdoor fun.

Top 5 Advantages of Living in a Master-Planned Community

Colliers Hill - Erie, ColoradoDo you know the difference between a subdivision and a master-planned community like Colliers Hill? If you take a closer look, we’re sure you’ll see plenty of distinctions.

Subdivisions dot the landscape with homes built by a single homebuilder. Subdivisions don’t often include value-added amenities, like clubhouses or pools, and often, these communities don’t offer a long-term vision for growth, meaning homeowners could be surprised by commercial ventures or other types of development nearby.
