Summer’s just about over, and for kids in the St. Vrain Valley School District, school will be starting soon – like, next week! If you’re thinking of moving to Colliers Hill, but still haven’t pulled the trigger, we thought we’d use this post to point out some of the great things about our community that you may not already know:
We know homeowners in Colliers Hill love to get together and have fun. And soon, you’ll have even more opportunities to get to know your neighbors!
Those who attended Tuesday night’s Homeowner Informational Meeting at The Overlook got to learn about several events and enhancements planned for the community. If you’re considering a move to Colliers Hill, pay close attention, because these benefits are for the exclusive use of residents, part of the value you receive when you become a Colliers Hill homeowner!
We talk a lot about designing homes and home interiors here at Colliers Hill, but here’s a new twist: It’s your opportunity to help design a neighborhood park!
That’s right – the Town of Erie is seeking input for a brand new neighborhood park to be built right in Colliers Hill. Erie’s Parks and Recreation Department will hold an open house at The Overlook (650 Orion Avenue) on Monday, April 25, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. The purpose of the open house is to share proposed plans, solicit feedback and to answer questions about the park, which will be located just west of Colliers Blvd. and north of Dusk Place. The location offers incredible views of the Front Range and will be a perfect spot for all kinds of outdoor fun.
