August doesn’t just signal the end of summer and the beginning of a new school year. It also signals the annual, inspiring Parade of Homes tour in Denver – which should be on your radar if you’re in the market for a new home or just like to see and study the latest home styles and design trends!
This new construction showcase is an annual treat, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) and features 75 homes throughout the metro area – from Timnath to Castle Rock, Erie to Aurora.
The Parade of Homes is sometimes called the Street of Dreams or the House-a-Rama and the event begins Thursday, August 9 through Sunday, August 26 and is free to the public.

Meritage Homes, the newest builder to join the desirable master-planned community of Colliers Hill, is showcasing a home from its Alpine Collection.
