West Edge at Colliers Hill, by Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, is a highly desirable, all ranch-style enclave. These lower-maintenance homes are located on the very western side of the Colliers Hill community, just moments away from Downtown Erie – known for boutique shopping, fine dining, and popular, year-round outdoor events.
Final home pricing by floor plan will be released at the end of March when Boulder Creek officially opens for sale. You can also see the community site plan, showcasing the 53 homesites that will feature maintained front yards and blank canvas backyards.

How to Join the Priority List
If you think a new home at West Edge in Colliers Hill is right for you, and you’d like to learn more, the sales team is available now for informational appointments. While these aren’t sales appointments just yet, the team can tell you more about the neighborhood, the floor plans, and the lower-maintenance way of living in a Boulder Creek home. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to join the West Edge Priority List.
The Priority List is your chance to officially throw your hat in the ring, telling Boulder Creek you’re really interested in a new home at West Edge. Joining the Priority List involves providing a fully refundable deposit (applicable to earnest money on a future purchase agreement). The sales team will be accepting Priority List entrants until this Monday, March 21.
Community Open House Event
On Wednesday, March 23, Boulder Creek will be hosting a fun event – food, prizes, and most importantly, drawing names to sequence the Priority List entrants. In order to participate in the sequencing of names, you will have needed to officially join the Priority List by completing the agreement and providing the deposit prior to the event. Once all names have been drawn, the Priority List acts just like a line…it’s not the same as reserving a homesite, and it doesn’t guarantee any future ability. It’s simply a way for you to “save your spot in line” so that we can communicate with you on future pricing and releases. You’re welcome to stay on the Priority List as long as you’d like.
Finally, on Saturday, March 26, the first patio homes will be released for sale. The Colliers Hill Boulder Creek sales team will begin communicating with Priority List members, starting with lucky NUMBER ONE! The team will stay in touch with you regarding new homesite releases, model home grand openings, and more.
