Healthier, Home-Cooking Convenience

According to Chowhound reviewer Kristin Cassidy, whether you want to cook healthier, cook more often, and/or lose weight, the solution can be meal kit delivery services.

Overall, she thinks Home Chef is great for those who want extra portions and Sun Basket is the kit to get you out of your food rut, while Blue Apron is best for gourmet chefs. Hello Fresh is likely the most crowd-pleasing option, and Green Chef may well be the best for those following a specific diet plan.
