Author and blogger Katie Berry used a meal prep strategy to fry the sausage and bacon, then the potatoes and finally the scrambled eggs. The secret to making this batch of goodness freezable is to let the eggs cool thoroughly and then mix and spread everything, including sharp shredded cheddar, onto a baking sheet and pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Scoop it into resealable bags for the freezer and you can have breakfast in minutes any morning of the week.

Top your fiber-rich breakfast bowl with tropical fruits like pineapple and kiwi, shredded coconut and nuts for a morning meal rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.
Elena at As Easy as Apple Pie makes her Apple Pie Overnight Oats in a mason jar, but the bowl theme still applies! With oats, milk, applesauce, maple syrup and cinnamon, plus three garnishes (apples, walnuts and cinnamon), she mixes everything together, gives the jar a good shake and pops it in the fridge overnight.
