Announcing the 2023 Colliers Hill Photo Contest!
The annual spring and fall photo contests have been combined into ONE big call for entries to the 2023 Colliers Hill Photo Contest: So Much More at Colliers Hill!
The Colliers Hill Marketing Group is inviting all resident photographers to submit photos of the community that depict “so much more at Colliers Hill.” What do you love about your community? Can you capture it in a photo? We’re looking for the best images of the neighborhood that make living here so much more than anywhere else in Northern Colorado. And we’re willing to pay you for the best snaps!
Worth Your While!
A total of $2,000 in prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in the contest – evaluated by the Marketing Group at Colliers Hill. We have so much photographic talent between Erie Parkway and CR10, CR5 and Colliers Boulevard that we send out a call for entries every year to find and showcase the best and the most awe-inspiring.
We’re looking for great scenics in and from Colliers Hill, amazing views (again, from Colliers Hill), a sampling of amenities, seasonal events, the diversity of residents, the variety of new homes and/or activities that make living in Colliers Hill, “so much more”.
Some Parameters
PHOTOS: Must be 300 DPI – High Resolution Images- PHOTOGRAPHERS: Must be willing to release images for Colliers Hill promotional efforts
Must be willing to sign 1) a materials license agreement permitting publication of photos in digital marketing efforts promoting Colliers Hill — i.e., on our website and in digital online advertising — AND,
If people are in photos, 2) an appearance release must be signed by each individual, granting us permission to use their likeness(es) in marketing efforts. License agreements and releases for children under 18 must be signed by parents or guardians.
PRIZES: Grand Prize – $1,000 | Two Runners-Up – $500 each
DEADLINE: The contest will close at midnight on Monday, July 31, 2023.
The Colliers Hill Marketing Group will vote on the photos and announcethe three winners by August 2023.

Life on the Hill!
If you live here you know — there’s so much more to Colliers Hill than houses! The amenities include a 6500 square foot Overlook amenity center and the soon-to-open Overlook Community pool. A second rec center is slated to open later this year in the northeast section of the community! There are plenty of trails and pathways and the charming historic town of Erie is a short bike ride away. And the homes here — priced from the $600s from Boulder Creek, KB Home, and Richmond American (including the SEASONS collection) are some of the most stunning in Northing Colorado.
