The Erie Chamber’s largest event of 2022 combines the Town Fair in Downtown Erie with the Hot Air Balloon Festival – now in its 25th year.
This weekend you can enjoy the up-and-coming super star vocalists, classes in everything from bookbinding to needle felting, musicals and art shows — with various locations in nearby Boulder and Longmont.
Just two more weeks until the thoughtfully designed patio homes for the Peak and Ridge Series from Boulder Creek are available. The two stunning collections are part of the West Edge at Colliers Hill and chances are you’ll find your favorite from among the various layouts – many with walkout basements!
This weekend you can enjoy the music of the award-winning rock and roll band Los Lobos, as well as treat yourself to one of more than a dozen films screening in the Boulder Film Festival – with various locations in Boulder and Longmont.

Less than a week ago the Denver Post reported that the average home price topped $725K for the first time EVER. And the median home price for a single-family home reached $600,000 in June – another first — meaning that half of the homes sold above that price and half below. For condos and townhomes – AKA paired offerings — the median sales price was unchanged from May at $380,000 – but that’s up 16.9 percent over the past year.
